Hi, I'm Tracy and I've been a personal trainer for almost 10 years now. I offer one to one sessions in both personal training and Pilates or i can offer a mixture of both. With my qualifications from a level 2&3 in personal training and a level 3 in Pilates I will ensure you reach your desired goals on our journey together.
My personal training package includes a few different services. First we will build up your confidence which will allow you to succeed in the journey we will go through. in this package we focus on Strength training, fat loss, nutrition advice, fitness all inside a tailored workout plan
In our Pilates package we offer another few services starting with posture correction. This will then help with strengthening your core, back and pelvic floor. We will then focus on improving your balance and co-ordination a long with flexibility and overall strength.
